Modern Wellness and Drip is like a zen oasis in Scottsdale!
I came across it by chance, and was first drawn by its suggestive name the hard-to-pass one week trial offer at $49 (btw, it’s still active😉).

The owners, Adam and Ginny, are lovely, as is the entire staff. They did a great job at explain the benefits of each of wide array of the services available: cryotherapy, compression therapy, IR saunas, cold plunges, IVs and much more… Your entire body, starting with the skin, the muscles and the joints, will thank you.

I am now completely hooked because one hour spent at Modern Wellness and Drip gives me the feeling of a full week of vacation!
